All was clean, I enjoyed very good staff and location. The room was compact with exceptionally comfortable beds. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. It was located in a safe area really close to subway. Everything was great!

The place was tidy and staff were fair, I loved unbeatable location. Bright room for a nice stay. The bed was good, the amenities included air conditioning, WiFi and coffee. Painless check in and in general first-class service.

We had a really nice stay here. Fancy venue, great bar area, cosy location really close to the subway station. We appreciated continental breakfast with plenty of different meals. The room with modern decor was brand-new❤👌😀

Location was beautiful, breakfast was warm. Informative staff, they kept the venue tidy. I got free upgrade and loved it. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and coffee were provided for a really incredible stay. Classy lobby.

the place was lovely, we truly enjoyed it. had nice dainties at captain cafe, located minutes from the hotel. no complains at all, the venue met the criteria.

Close to empire state building. The Cutting Room served dishes within 300 metres off the hotel. Kips Bay is a district that deserves exploring.
